Most travelers require a visa to enter Afghanistan, and requirements vary depending on your nationality. We provide comprehensive visa assistance including invitation letters from our company, detailed guidance on required documents, and support throughout the entire application process. We recommend starting the visa process at least 2-3 months before your planned departure date. Please contact us for specific requirements based on your citizenship.

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the tour package and how far in advance you cancel. Generally, cancellations made more than 60 days before departure receive a full refund minus a processing fee. Between 30-60 days, we refund 50% of the tour cost. Within 30 days of departure, refunds are not typically available, though we may offer credit toward a future trip depending on circumstances. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage for added protection.
